Hi, I’m Lauren VanNess, a Cincinnati-based photographer with a passion for capturing life’s most meaningful moments—beautifully and authentically.
Originally from Michigan (with a stop in Indiana along the way), I now call Cincinnati home with my amazing husband and our two sweet dogs. When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me baking something from scratch, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants around town, reading a good book, or enjoying a long run. Faith is a huge part of my life—my relationship with Jesus grounds everything I do and inspires the way I serve my clients.
I’ve been a professional photographer for over 10 years, and I bring both experience and heart to every shoot. Whether I’m photographing a wedding, engagement session, family portraits, or a special event, I approach each session with care, creativity, and an easygoing spirit that helps people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I’m also an experienced event planner, which means I bring an organized, thoughtful touch to your entire photography experience—from timeline help to seamless communication.
Though I’m based in Cincinnati, I love to travel and am always up for an adventure. Whether you're planning a local shoot or a destination wedding, I'm here to make the experience stress-free and memorable.
